English Bulldog Puppies For Sale

The purchase price of a puppy is $4,500.  A non-refundable deposit of $1,500 along with a signed Puppy Deposit Contract and Puppy Application are required to reserve a puppy.  The Buyer’s $1,500 deposit is applied towards the purchase price of their selected puppy.

Buyer must sign and Seller must receive payment of the balance due along with the Puppy Purchase Contract within seven days of the Buyer picking their puppy. If signed Puppy Purchase Contract and the payment for the remaining balance are not received by Seller within the seven days, the Seller assumes Buyer is no longer interested in purchasing their selected puppy and Seller will retain the Buyer’s deposit and can offer the selected puppy to the next person on the waiting list.  

Puppies are available for pickup between 8 and 9 weeks of age. Seller will notify Buyer that the selected puppy is ready to go to its new home and set a pickup appointment. All remaining balances must be paid in full before the Buyer can take possession of their puppy. In the event that the puppy is to be shipped or transported to the buyer’s home all remaining balances including transport fees MUST be received by the seller prior to any transport reservations being made. No personal checks will are accepted for final payment. If the Buyer is no longer interested in purchasing the selected puppy the Seller will retain Buyer’s deposit and can offer the selected puppy to the next person on the waiting list.  

The deposit signifies that the Buyer intends to purchase a puppy from the Seller and acknowledges that all deposits are non-refundable. In the event that the Buyer does not follow through with the purchase of the puppy for any reason, the deposit is forfeited and NO refund will be given to the Buyer. Please remember that the number of puppies we have available is very limited so please be absolutely sure that you want a puppy before you send your deposit and submit your puppy forms!

If the puppy you select while in our care were to die or is determined to have a congenital defect that prevents the puppy from being a companion, then a full refund of the deposit will be given to the Buyer. 

Seller also reserves the right to void this transaction and refund the deposit within seven days, if Seller feels there is any reason Buyer might not be suitable for the puppy.

All deposits are final and your commitment to purchase a puppy. The only exceptions being those as stated above.

Buyer agrees that this Puppy Deposit Contract and subsequent sale of puppy is under the jurisdiction of the State of Colorado.

By signing, Buyer acknowledges he/she has read, understands, and agrees to the terms of this Puppy Deposit Contract.  Buyer also understands that no statement or verbal agreements made by either party that are not contained in this written Puppy Deposit Contract shall be valid or binding.  This Puppy Deposit Contract may not be modified or altered except in writing and signed by both parties.
